My go-to spots are Pauahi & M.P. Lei which are next to each other. Pauahi is sweet mom & daughter tiny shop -- map to MP Lei since Google Maps sends you to wrong place. Cheapest I've found with gorgeous thick plumeria for $8, same as tuberose $8 (vs airport stands at $12+). Easy spot in front to park momentarily too and then grab food around to give your guests or yourself tasty food/drinks! Or go Rainbow factory to see huge selection of flower hairpieces and more. I love being Human GPS/Yelper as tour guide and on-demand concierge :)
